Did anyone watch bake off? Yeast cake

I really fancy trying to make one of those - maybe a rum soaked raisin version. I could maybe even use that Bundt cake tin I got in 2008 and used twice.

Anyone made one/got a recipe I could take a look at? Quick google gives me a few versions but not many uk based.

I would love to be able too see GBBO and I can't help you. But I had to know what a Bundt cake tin is (Gugelhupfform).
Is a cake based on a yeast dough unusual in the UK?
It is the standard dough for simple apple, plum and other seasonal fruit cakes (with raisins and crème fraîche)

@Prokupatuscrakedatus - yes. Sweet dough is used for buns and things but not cake which is usually raised by baking powder.

We, too, have 'Rührteig' - with baking powder and whipped and 'Hefeteig' - with yeast and kneaded.
I usually stick to rolled or flat yeast cakes because the classic tin does not like me and refuses to let the cake out again. DH is experimenting with a tahine / lime filling.
