Do I have to isolate- contacted by test and trace

DP and I have both been messaged by test and trace to say we have been in contact with a positive Covid 19 case and that we need to self isolate unless exempt. We are both fully jabbed and had Covid less than 90 days ago (so obviously any PCRs could come
Back as positive).

The test and trace website says we don’t need to isolate as we are double jabbed but then literally underneath it says to isolate for 10 days!

I’m so confused!

Also I have taken a LFT, it’s negative and do not have any symptoms

If you are double vaccinated then you are exempt from having to isolate

Why did you do an LFT?

@dementedpixie I do them for work 3 times a week

You are exempt from testing for 90 days after a positive covid test so you shouldn't really be doing the LFT tests
