My step son is staying with us for a few weeks while his mums away
He’s just turned 15 !! We have a 7 month old baby
My husband is doing his best to make the few weeks enjoyable for him - we made heaps of plans all around him
Big day out yday shopping, museums he wanted to visit, he chose where we ate etc
Went to see James Bond with his dad on the weekend etc etc
Anyway this morning we were to head to the seaside for the day and we were to get up at 8 to leave early so we can fit it all in around baby naps etc
We called him at 8, 8.15, 8.30 and the baby was in terrible form, I was running round trying to pack for us all - anyway 9.30 comes and it’s time for my baby to have a nap at 10 ..
So my husband said fuck it and left him in bed and we called off the day out
He strolls in at 12.15 wondering what the plan is and now he’s sulking in the corner on his phone 🙈🙈
Not even looking for advice tbh just ranting
Are we being horrible
