Products for making ponytails easier?

I wondered if anyone has come across any snazzy products that make it easier to do a ponytail? Hair bobbles that are easier to fasten or anything like that? I'm going back to work soon and DH will be doing mornings with the kids... they both have long hair and it needs tied back for sports class. He struggles to make a neat ponytail. I mean, I guess he will get better with practice, but in the meantime, the kids have got to go school with ponytails all over to the one side like Gourock, as my granny would have said

Why has he not learnt over the years? If you have kids with long hair, i don’t really understand how anyone avoids it for so long.

And you can’t really get much easier than a ponytail with a. brush/comb and a hair bobble. Why does he need a sim ok e task simplifying.

Snap hair bands. Like the snap bracelets but you trap the hair in roll it up and let go. Makes a decent bull.
Pretty easy to master and as long as it’s straight it will be quite neat.
