Does anyone have a nice recipe for a tomato and bacon pasta sauce recipe please? My go to is to fry bacon, remove then fry onion in bacon fat slowly til really soft, add garlic, some herbs and chilli flakes, tinned toms and sugar and simmer but it’s only okay, not great. Would love something nicer!! Thanks.
