Has anyone used an employment lawyer after being dismissed from their role? Healthcare is the area of work so maybe someone specialising in that. I am in the south west although I imagine a lot could be via teams etc now
Thank you in advance.

I think the first port of call would be the union?

Check if you have family legal protection on your home insurance this could give you cover.

Unison for health care workers?

At a Google Thompsons are the panel firm for them and their website says they do employment

Mills and Reeve have an employment law team who specialise in health care. They are mainly based in Cambridge but also have offices in London.

Wouldn't your TU refer you to legal? If they thought you had a reasonable case they should.
