With the mega cold and Covid circulating and our lack of contact of late increasing our vulnerability to general lurgies like flu etc, what are you doing and taking to keep yourself as healthy as possible? Not so much the stuff we all know like healthy weight, not smoking, and regular exercise, but more specifically?
I really really want to minimise my chances of a winter of coming down with one thing after another. Plus I want to minimise my impact on gp's/ NHS.
