I hope this is the right section.
I am rather large of nork and like to wear a bra that holds in / squishes a bit / minimise yet uplift a bit.
I’m not asking much, am I?
Any recommendations please? And also are they safe to wear (from a breast cancer point of view, I’m post menopause so my breast feeding days are over!) every day do you think?

What sort of size are you looking for?
Why would a bra be implicated in breast cancer?

About a 34F.
I don’t know! Me being paranoid but wasn’t sure about the tissue being squished if that makes sense?

I’ve tried M&S, bravissimo and curvy Kate so far. It may well be the styles I’ve chosen but none are quite right.

Sainsburys online do a great cotton one for only £9. It looks like a crop top/sports bra but it's double thickness made for the larger boobs. I'm an E but minimises and is very comfortable, i personally don't like lacy or wired. Sorry no idea how to do the links🤷

You want a Triumph minimiser. I've got several that I wear most days for work as I often wear a blouse and hate the buttons gaping.

The important thing with a minimiser is that it's the right size... flush to your breastbone and the wires sitting underneath your armpit. Then you're not squashing any tissue.

I posted a reply but not sure where it went.
Anyway, the triumph ones look brilliant, just the ticket! I’ll try and find the Sainsbury’s ones too, especially at that price. Thank you both!
