I've had too much fun this weekend. Day out in a big city, dinner in a nice restaurant, went to see a show, wnt to a lovely pub for the afternoon/evening and then partner (we don't live together)cooked great food last night.
All of this involved food and (lots of) wine.
. Today I feel bloated, groggy, sore! If I do a heavy night of food and drink normally it is just the one night. I feel I must be about ten stone heavier!
I've decided lots of water, only very healthy low cal food for a couple of days at least... green tea...
Anything else?
