Wedding witness needed - Liverpool 24th November

My partner and I are getting eloping on the 24th November at the Registry office in Liverpool (St Georges Hall). We need a kind soul to come and be one of our witnesses (our photographer is the other witness).

Is anyone free at 9.30am on the 24th to help us get married?
