Passport renewal London area

Hi, we sent off my son's online passport renewal 4 weeks ago. We are meant to travel this Thursday night (major fail!). Email on Friday said approved and waiting to be printed. How long have you waited for printing? I can't get through to anyone at passport office!! Thanks

Hi after i got my sms my passport arrived withing a few working days - I remember being surprised at how quickly it was sent out so I have fingers crossed I am sure it will come in time
