Spanish health form

My DS is meant to be flying to Barcelona tomorrow. He is having problems retrieving the Spanish health form he's had to complete. A quick Google suggests this is a fairly common problem but the fixes I've seen don't seem to be working.

Has anyone experienced issues and if so, how did you resolve it? Can you sort it at the airport?

Are you using chrome? I found that other browsers caused issues, but chrome worked fine.

Other than that can he just do another and print it off as soon as it’s done?
