Ahhhh the SAD is real for me right now. Seems to be worst for me at the change of seasons, even worse than deepest darkest winter. Doesn’t help that my DP gets the same thing and both of us are being grumpy and therefore falling out at the drop of a hat, which is not like us at all!
Any advice for reducing symptoms?
Got a SAD lamp already… usually quite good on exercise although wasn’t today, so maybe that was my mistake as today is awful!
