Classical Concert playing Queen songs

For various reasons I'm trying to expand my social circle and my horizons and say yes to any and all random invitations

So I'm going to this concert. I've never been to anything similar (I have been to classical concerts, but not of pop songs) and I don't know most of the group I'll be with very well.

In expecting a fairly formal concert along the lines of any other classical concert, but with tunes I'll recognise!

The others seekm to be planning lots to drink beforehand, a singalong and dancing in the isles.

Am I completely wrong in my expectations or is this going to be cringey?

I was thinking that sounded like it could be quite nice to listen to…….until I got to the bit where you said they’d be singing!

Sounds cringy and try hard to me.

If its Queen songs dancing in the aisles is mandatory isnt it .
Is it an Albert hall concert, in which case it will be wonderful !
