Hello,

I am wondering if anyone could help me out here. I'm looking to go on holiday most likely Spain or Portugal with my 2 y/o son who suffers from a peanut, cows milk protein and egg allergy (also can't fully tolerate soya).

I would like to be able to take his oat milk, dairy free cheese and maybe bread (many contain, soya egg or milk!) from the UK for him but after Brexit I'm not sure what is and is not allowed into the EU when flying.

Does anyone know if taking any of this food in checked baggage would be a problem? I know you cant take milk dairy products and meat however not fully sure about plant based products. I'm quite anxious about this and last thing I want is to be running around looking for free from food with labels I can't fully read.

Any advice would be fully appreciated Smile Thanks!

Here the relevant information from the EU website, as it is for personal consumption and for allergies you should be ok up to 10kg.

Hi! I’m in the same situation. Did you manage to go and not have any issues? My sons got the same allergies plus sesame and tree nuts. We’re you allowed to bring some food on the plain for him to eat?
