Did no contact have any effect?

Recent break up. He said he needed space. I’ve not wanted to speak to him which is unusual for me, I usually go overboard and panic.

I’m not even sure i WANT to hear from him now I’ve had some time. It’s been a week. But curious…did no contact have any effect with an ex?

No contact is not to get Them back. It is to get over him. Sorry.

Yep and it’s working for me so far @frutyloops though don’t want to speak too soon!! Just curious really. I’ve never done it before.
