I'm currently trying to lose the baby weight from DD1, and struggling to think of meals that are filling (to fuel my insatiable breastfeeding appetite) but also tasty!

I joined slimming world when I was breastfeeding and it was weetabix that did it for me. A bowl before bed kept hunger at bay during the night. I recall eating 3 in a bowl but it was all within my extra breastfeeding allowances. And I wasn’t diving head first into the toast and biscuits anymore. Overnight oats were one of my favourites. I started eating jacket potatoes too, instead of so much pasta.
The weight dropped off as soon as I made a few tweaks to my diet. And never felt hungry.

I know a lot of people don’t like slimming world, but it really helped me focus on the types of food that worked to keep me full and help me lose weight.

I’m currently breastfeeding my 10mth and the pregnancy weight has gone. I usually eat porridge with berries or peanut butter on whole meal toast for breakfast. Lunch usually poached eggs and toast or soup and toastie. I usually have some fruit and yogurt or couple biscuits too. Eve meal usually something like spag Bol, curry and rice etc

My pregnancy weight dropped off mainly o think as my baby only slept in pram so I’m early days i walked loads. Back at work now 4 days so sat at computer all day so trying to give up the biscuits and sachet lattes haha
