Oh my goodness

Is it just me or are they a bit slow?

It's been 5 days since I placed the order and they still haven't shipped it :-(

Yep they are slow. They sent me an email saying that they hadn't fogotten me so they must be getting complaints. They blamed covid!

I've ordered loads from them in the last 18months and haven't had to wait that long at all. Must be issues at the moment.
