Not sure how anyone would know this!! Doctors receptionist maybe? Been doing the agonising wait since 08.35 this morning for an appointment. Got to 11th in the queue from 20 and the music stopped even through the phone hasn’t hung up and every now and again I hear rustling noises.
Am I still in the queue? Should I hang up? All the appointments are probably gone anyway 😢
