Both parents Covid positive - are we allowed to drive child to testing site?

Both DH and I and our other DC are positive. We’ve been LTF testing - (all negative but then so was mine) our other DC but as a precaution he should have a PCR. Are we allowed to drive him. We can’t find it anywhere online, I have googled, but I’m very foggy headed! Thanks

I would say yes, straight there, straight back. Probably not the whole family! Just a parent to drive and help with test.

Yes

Yes DH and I had to take dd when we were both positive and she developed a cough a couple of days later. We both had to go as she’s 4 and needs manhandling to have the test done so DH drove and I sat in the back to restrain and do the test. We needed a quicker result than the postal tests so she could go back to school as we were poorly and needed to rest.

Thanks everyone. My DH has taken him as he’s nearer the end of his isolation!
