Eczema sufferers, what are your triggers?

My LO is triggered by a lot of things. Recently I’ve noticed central heating made him flare up. This one’s going to be difficult to avoid during winter.

I worked with a wee boy with really bad eczema. Definitely agree about central heating made his skin so red and inflamed as well as stuffed toys/dust, made him very itchy and sore.

Lots of hoovering, dusting and boil washing sheets on high temperatures to kill dust mites helped. I think dust mites die at 60 degrees.
