Anyone managed to use British Airways future travel vouchers?

Gah! I'm booking a flight and want to use a future travel voucher (from a previously canceled flight). The email says to use the future travel vouchers I need to convert them into eVouchers. The only way to this, it seems, is to call their 7p a minute number. Nobody available to answer the call though 😡
How on earth am I supposed to do this then?
Anyone managed it? If so, how???

I would the regular customer centre number, if no one is answering the specific one they gave you. That said, it’s late - are you sure it’s a 24h number? Some of BA’s numbers are reachable 7-7 only.

I've been calling all day. Says they are too busy and can't help at this time.
I'll keep trying tomorrow again..

Try different numbers and different ‘lines’ - booking assistance, check in assistance, general info. Then just say you pressed the wrong number and they’ll transfer you.

If your mobile or landline provider includes X amount of international minutes on your phone, call a BA number for a random country and choose the English option.

Back in April 2020 I got a refund sorted in less than 10 minutes by doing that, instead of waiting the 2/3h people in the UK were reporting.

I had the same issue. Told to call 0844 493 0 747 and it did take 55 mins! But only way to do it. You don't convert them, they book it for you. Evoucher apparently different From FTV. HTH

It's so fucking ridiculous though! Why not just send vouchers people can actually use 🙄

You dont need to call a paid number. Log into your account and depending on your status it will give you one of a number of free numbers
