What dates are your October half term?

Just trying to work out how busy Alton Towers is likely to be on Nov 1st!

As far as I'm aware a lot of schools in Staffordshire are back on the 1st

We go back on 1st, except DS has an inset day. DD doesn’t. Kirklees.

I think all the schools are back on 1st. Every area I know has either 18th or 25th, or both.

Our area is mixed (SE London borough). All have the standard week from the 25-29.10 but some school have two weeks from the 18th and others carry on with their second week until the 4th November.

I’m in the East Midlands and our dates are from the 18th till the 22nd. Alton Towers is a popular destination here as it’s so close.

1st November is an inset day for us
