I'm so sorry, I know this isn't the right board but I need the traffic.
I've recently lost some weight and got my period back as a result and strangely my PMS symptoms are totally different. I used to get more mood symptoms but now it's more physical. This is my third month since I got it back and each time I've been really tired and achey but the worst thing is that my boobs are in fucking agony for a good week and a half.
The lightest touch is so painful, if I even brush them with my arm it makes me wince. If I move a bit too enthusiastically and they jiggle it's sore and don't even get me started on the pain when I take my bra off and they fall back to their natural position 🤣
Does anyone have any tips that have helped them with this issue?! I would be eternally grateful if you can share anything that's worked for you. Supplements, foods, medication... whatever it is I'll try it!
