Nice thick warm leggings for skinny 12 year old girl?

Is there anywhere that does great thick warm leggings for tweens? Are the H&M thick ones my best bet?

She's 12 and a normal height but super skinny. She's growing out of jeans faster than I can buy them, but they have to be the adjustable waist ones, and cosy leggings might be a better bet.

I’ve just bought a pair of leggings from Trespass that have a thick fake fur lining ( work outdoors all day).

Have you tried the thick leggings in priamark with the fur lining inside. They are quite small and fit around your shape. I'm skinny and these fit perfect and they are so warm and cosy and definitely say a teen could fit in them and I think they are around 6 pound of I remember right
