Spoiler alert: No Time To Die, what was it?

Just been to see No Time To Die. Brilliant. But just wondering, what exactly is Madeleines big secret? I know it's Mathilde, but it seemed like Blofeld was hinting it was much more than that.. Or am I imagining it?

I enjoyed the film but disappointed at the ending…seemed less Bond for him to have a daughter etc. We didn’t actually see him die so interesting that his heart rate didn’t flatline…Casino Royale remains my favourite Daniel Craig as Bond film.
I thought Madeline was Mr White’s daughter the man who was involved in Quantum and Spectre.
