Being chased for money I don't owe. Who to complain to.

I used Klarna once or twice last year to pay for some clothes. Seemed like a good idea at the time but realised it's not great so haven't used it again.

A month or so ago I received an email from Klarna demanding payment for something I'd already paid for. I phoned them up and they confirmed it was their technical error.

I was rightly very cross at being sent a threatening letter for no reason and requested all my details be deleted from their system which they said would happen. Issue resolved, or so I thought.

Then this evening, I've received another email once again demanding payment for the same thing.

I want to complain but not sure who they're regulated by. Does anyone know who I can report them to?

I don't want them to keep chasing me for payment that I don't owe.
