If you worked in childcare and don’t now what do you do?

Hi, I’m looking for inspiration!

I’m over worked, under paid. Fed up of being moaned at. The lack of funds and resources. I’m looking for a different strand to go down.

Any ideas? Not school, they are similar..

Many moons ago I started off in a nursery, quickly left and became a nanny then spent 15 years as a childminder while my own children were younger. Since then I've done lots of unrelated things, but currently care for my elderly father. Wondering about elderly care when I get back to work. Not sure though.
