What's your resting heart rate?

According to my Fitbit, my resting heart rate seems to have dropped into the 50's recently. In fact just now while sat having a cup of tea it dropped to 50. I know fitness trackers aren't 100% accurate but that just seems low to me.

What's yours if you know? Wondering if I should get a doctors appointment just to get it checked.

I’ve become obsessed with this since upgrading to the Fitbit watch type band - previously I only noticed my heart rate in the app.

Mine varies from about 60-66. When I was on holiday over summer it was consistent at 59. I notice it jumps to about 110 when I am moving about though, eg drying my hair this morning.

48, BMI higher side of normal (23) and BP in the “optimal” range.
