I just got up to use the toilet minus my glasses and kicked over a glass in the hallway that had a really large spider under it that I was planning to deal with tomorrow. I'm sure the spider is delighted. I was not as I had to tiptoe back squinting at the carpet (I'm very short sighted). And I had to double back to turn the hall light on.
I know what the moral of the story is, but I've just barricaded myself in my room.
Oh s**t. I've spotted it. It's huge. I've just put another container over it. I need to calm down.
