DS's EHIC has run out. It appears I can't apply for one for him without renewing one of ours (unless anyone can tell me different). Does anyone know if there's a benefit of applying for EHIC over GHIC? I started a new EHIC one in DH's name (as although he is British his dad is Irish) but it was saying they'll check his status and we need it for next week. Any help gratefully appreciated.
