Anyone ordered from Shein and it's been okay?

The reviews are horrendous - which I noticed after I ordered som Christmas pyjamas from Shein. Is it likely they will be made of bits of rubbish and not arrive till Easter?

What happened with the Christmas pjs you ordered?

Never had a problem with shein but it's absolutely essential to read the reviews and check the individual size guide. Don't buy something with no reviews and check for comments on material, fit, length etc. Even better if people have uploaded photos of them wearing it. If the reviews are all negative then you may well have got a dud! Longest I've waited for a delivery is 2 weeks.

I ordered from their plus size range for me, standard range for my mum and it was fine. I ordered over a certain amount which qualifies you for 'fast delivery'- if I remember correctly, a couple of items arrived within 4-5 days, the rest within a week.

It's not fantastic quality obviously, but for what I paid for it it's absolutely fine. I ordered a few pairs of bathers and some sports leggings/sports bras etc.

I looked at measurements and reviews and ordered a size up from what I would have ordered if I'd not checked. Everything fits.

DD has had no problems with them. One parcel filed to arrive and they sent out replacements promptly and without a fuss. They seem fairly prompt with delivery (maybe a week or so though)

I don't think they are the best quality items in the world though! Possibly slightly below Primark in that respect.

I was wary when DD said she wanted to buy stuff from them as I'd seen the awful reviews. Maybe she's just been lucky.

I've ordered loads from Shein. Stuff for myself and my teenage daughters, so a real mishmash of sizes and maybe I've been lucky but I've never had anything bad and delivery is always within 3 weeks from date of order to it landing on my doorstep.
Make up stuff is pretty good too!

We’ve had some good T-shirts’ of reasonable quality and designs
Some things have been good others on the very cheaper end (girls skirts)
But they do arrive

This. Ordered from the plus range and paid close attention to sizing and reviews. I haven't had an issue with anything I've ordered.

Returning items was a nightmare. Gave up in the end and took to a charity shop.

I've bought loads from their curve range, my tip is whatever size you think you need, order the next biggest.

Hope the product turns out alright for you - I had a browse through their site the other day and everything seemed pretty low quality. It’s hit and miss - some things are ok (don’t expect great quality) but look closely at details ie sleeves that just have elastic at the wrist rather than popper cuffs. You get what you pay for (and it’s cheap!)

Have never successfully returned anything.

I ordered two tops and some shoes recently and they arrived within a week. Happy with them. Shoes seem well-made, love the style, comfy. I’ll order again.

Have just started using them and very pleased, seem to have upped their game. My stuff took only a few days to come. Returns easy and acknowledged and refunded very quickly. I wear a lot of cotton and find they are very good for it whilst UK shops either too expensive or not pure cotton. Of course do your checks but have been very impressed for the price.

I've bought quite a lot from there and like PPs have said it's worth checking out the sizes and the reviews.
I've never had any issues with returning anything either.

I've ordered loads. Some items arnt the best quality but I've had some lovely things. I tend to go for things that have loads of reviews and pictures. Only once I've had a problem where the wrong item was sent and they told me to keep the item and sent out the right thing. I've had loads of lovely cheap fidget toys, Halloween decorations and party things.

I would actively judge anyone who buys from Shein. Cheap tat made by slave labour in sweatshops.

Well I feel better now on one hand but worse on the being judged hand 😳 They are just Christmas pjs, don't have to be perfect, but would be good if they fit 🤣 Thanks for the reassurance, I'll see how it goes!

Ordered from them after reading the reviews. The items were huge. Sent them back with no issues. Dd gets a lot from them and most has been fine.

My teenager orders quite a lot from them, most of it has been great, especially the hoodies and shorts. The t shirts are a weird shape but still good to use for slob wear in the house

It's absolute tat. Hideous quality. Made by poverty stricken children.

I ordered once a few bits and pieces and only two were ok (rest really cheap and nasty.

Worse is Amazon - twice I've ordered PJs only to discover it's just the tops (bottoms are in the photos - but they don't have any in stock!!). I know it's my fault for not reading the full description!
