Term time day out: 6 year old

We have a random inset day in November and I’d like to take advantage of it with a fun day out with my almost 6 year old (and possibly her little sister, although she could go to nursery).

Initially I was thinking we could go to somewhere like Chessington/ Thorpe park when it would be quieter than usual but theme parks aren’t open on weekdays in the winter.

Does anyone have any suggestions of a good day out near London/ Herts/ Bucks?

360 play is great, it's got things like dodgems, a carousel, play structure, pretend village etc inside. There are various centres so you can see which is closest to you
