Enlighten teeth gel pain

Just a moan really. Totally self-inflicted wound. I splurged on the enlighten teeth whitening programme and tonight was my second night on the stronger gel. I wore it for two hours, then woke up at midnight to take out the trays. Then woke again at 1:00 with unbearable pain in teeth, from sensitivity. I've taken paracetamol, sensodyne, the little densitising swabs, and it doesn't touch the sides. This is absolute crap.

Try putting sensodyne into the trays and wearing them for a while. This really helped me with sensitivity after whitening.

Thanks, I ended up doing that for the day and got to sleep around 4am. Absolute agony! My teeth looking cute though.
