Am I missing something obvious- rescheduling covid jab?

I’m a healthcare worker due to have my booster jab. Something has come up & I need to reschedule but can’t get through on the 119 number (it cuts me off every time I try) and online it doesn’t give me an option to cancel. I really don’t want to just not show up (and don’t know if it’ll impact me being able to rebook). Has anyone else had this issue and how did you resolve it?

Just miss it, then make it again a couple of days later

I booked mine online and then realised I was working so changed it straight away. I think it says manage my appointment. It told you to look at alternative times and places before cancelling then you just cancel and rebook. I did mine online healthcare and over 50, and then had messages a few days later from gp to book with a different link. In our area the online booking and gp appointments are at different sites.

That's such a ridiculous way to work it! So there could be lots of missed appointments that go to waste! Very efficient!

Can you not change it online?

No option to change online. It says to come back tomorrow to rebook?!

Oh, is it actually today? Maybe call the place.giving the jabs.then just to.give then a heads-up.

Finally spoke to someone via 119 and they confirmed there is no way to cancel and just not to show up. Ridiculous.

I know! It really is silly. I wasted so much time trying to cancel mine!
