Pyjama conundrum

Now, I know that there is a wide variation when it comes to laundry. Some of you will put your nightwear in the wash every third week, whilst others will wake twice a night to change into fresh pyjamas.

However, let us say, hypothetically, that pyjama change day is on Sunday night. If you were staying in a hotel tomorrow would you pack clean ones, or current?

Clean ones. I would never pack worn clothes even if I was just going to visit family.

DoucheCanoe · 08/10/2021 22:48

Clean.

Sleeping away is a treat for me - quick shower/bath, clean sheets and fresh PJ's is the best combo ever Grin

organicapricot · 08/10/2021 22:54

Clean ones and I'm certainly not a change sheets/pyjamas twice a nighter.

Going away, clean! I wouldn't pack something dirty and I'm a slattern.

HollowTalk · 08/10/2021 23:00

You can't pack dirty clothes!

Myusernameisnotmyusernameno · 08/10/2021 23:04

I change my pj's every night.

SylvanasWindrunner · 08/10/2021 23:05

Clean! I'm a total slattern but my one indulgence is clean PJs every night Blush I just love getting into a clean pair of PJs. So definitely clean for a night away!

Mermaidpool · 08/10/2021 23:06

Always pack clean for a night away

KateLumley · 08/10/2021 23:08

They're not dirty, I've haven't been rolling in the mud in them!

Clean ones!

DramaAlpaca · 08/10/2021 23:11

Always clean ones in my overnight bag.

KateLumley · 08/10/2021 23:23

So would you wear clothes more than once whilst away?

OP posts:
SGChome20 · 08/10/2021 23:30

Pack clean pjs but yes, once on holiday the clothes can get as dirty as they like!

WhatsTheEffingPoint · 08/10/2021 23:32

Clean PJs and all clean clothes, even what I would be wearing the day I was going away, but then once I was away I would wear the same clothes again (jeans for example are good for a few days as long as they aren't covered in mud etc)

NannyGythaOgg · 09/10/2021 00:46

I wear clean ones every 3 or even 4 days but always take clean ones if sleeping away from home - even if I'm only going to my daughter's

ilovepixie · 09/10/2021 00:59

Clean ones. If you've with yours all week they will be covered in fanny juice and sweat.

StandardLampski · 09/10/2021 01:17

Clean for going away. But we are not hotel people, we are tent camping people.. so ABSOLUTELY NO Getting pjs dirty. They are the solace at the end of the day!

Th e rest of your your clothes, bugger it, whatever Grin

BernadetteRostankowskiWolowitz · 09/10/2021 01:19

I always go away with a bag if clean clothes. I may wear them multiple times while away, but I wouldn't ever pack unwashed clothes for a trip. and my general standards are basement level of slattern.

Youcancallmeval · 09/10/2021 01:20

Definitely take clean ones. I could cheerfully wear the same pair for an entire 2 week holiday, but would feel a bit grim taking last night's away with me. Lovely freshly done space needs freshly washed pjs.

EileenGC · 09/10/2021 01:21

I’d pack clean PJs. I do wear clothes more than once when on a trip.

I’m currently away and tomorrow I’m wearing the same jeans and cardi I wore today, just a different top. But I’ve got clean PJs on, and at home I change them once a week or so.

RainbowMum11 · 09/10/2021 01:35

Clean for a hotel bed - clean bedding = clean pjs

CommanderBurnham · 09/10/2021 09:34

Clean!

JesusMaryAndJosephAndTheWeeDon · 09/10/2021 09:38

Definitely clean ones.

I'm as slovenly as they come but I wouldn't pack worn clothes (except jeans, I hate newly washed jeans). I would take clean PJs and wear them for every night of the trip if a short one, or take two pairs if it is a longer trip.
