Does anyone recognise this fabric?

Total longshot, but I saw this dress in a picture and am wondering if anyone knows where it might be from?!

Are you able to make out what the wording is? I can make out a couple of letters but it’s so blurry I can’t read the word. I’m just thinking it might help to identify it.

I think one says something like 'whoooo' but can't work out the rest!

The other words are ‘trick or treat’

I'm pretty sure it's one of the super markets. DD used to have it. If it isn't, it's John Lewis or m&s ( pretty much the only non supermarket places we get clothes from!
