Bookcase suitable for Box Files?

DS has an A4 box file for each of his GCSE subjects and needs a bookcase to put them in. We don't have much space - it needs to be narrow (less than 45cm wide) and ideally with 3 shelves. I thought an Ikea Billy Bookcase might do the trick but it looks like the shelves aren't quite high enough for box files (needs at least 37cm). Can anyone condradict me on that? I guess it may be possible to adjust the shelf height but that would give me 2 shelves of the right height and one too short.

Maybe someone can point me in the direction of a bookshelf that is perfect for box files?

Not pretty but this might work.

IVAR are adjustable and good for box files.

I've not used them, but I am considering shelvingsystem.co.uk/thesystem.asp when I come to refit the spare room/office.
