With 11 year old as a birthday celebration. Hoping for something with interesting/impressive decor, something to make her feel like it’s her first big evening out. Show is near Covent Garden.

Was thinking something like sushi samba? Has anyone been to the Covent Garden one? I loved the look of Circolo Popolare but it’s all booked out. She’s a good eater, happy to try new things. Not super into ever thing pink, more big florals/plants/bright colours etc. I’m vegetarian. Smile thank you for any opinions!

Sarastros is mad and completely over the top decor-wise. If you want something more sophisticated The Delauney is our go-to for pre-theatre dinner, Dishoom is fab for Indian. Balthazar is lovely and grown-up

The Wolsey (sp?). Sister restaurant to the Delaunay. Both have impressive, grown up decor and very professional waiting staff.

Inamo

@Ricekrispie22 have you been to Inamo? I have it booked in a couple of weeks but I’ve read some bad reviews.

Thank you, these are all great! Smile Sarastro does look delightfully bonkers, I love it. Is Inamo the one with the tables you order on? I think I’ve been there before unless I’m thinking of somewhere else
