Spots or bites?

These have appeared over the last couple of days, slightly itchy but nothing major, but they feel massive when I run my finger over them. Have I been eaten by something ??

Could it be shingles?

I did wonder that but I don't really have any other signs of it, I feel fine in myself. I've had tingly lips randomly the last couple of days on and off but I'd have thought If that was from shingles the tingles would be where the spots are

Update. It is shingles!

Don't feel too great, was actually fine this morning but since late afternoon my back/side is killing like I've been hit by something !
