Please help me find a competent residential property solicitor.

I need to extend the lease on my flat to make it saleable. So far, I have tried four different firms of solicitors, all of whom have either lost interest in doing the job or have latterly come up with a good reason why they couldn't do the job. Before I approach firm number five I'm looking for recommendations from your good selves. A firm ideally near Leeds but ultimately anywhere in England or Wales will be considered.
