Hi just wondering if anyone has been in the same situation as it’s really stressing me out my daughter has been receiving middle rate dla for the past 3 years I sent her renewal back and it was scanned onto the system on the 18th of June my daughters current award ran out yesterday and I still haven’t received a decision iv rang every day for the past week to be told it’s with the decision maker the last 4 days iv rang the person iv spoke with on the phone has emailed the decision maker saying it’s urgent as it’s due to run out but it seems these have all been ignored today they suspended my carers allowance because a decision still hasn’t been made I’m worried as it’s affecting all my other money and I don’t know what to do
