Has anyone managed to submit meter readings? I’ve been trying for days now but just keep getting an error message saying wait 15 minutes (which I obviously do, plus longer) Is there better/worse times of the day to try to access the site? I need to give final readings given as they don’t exist 😂

You can give the readings to Octupus can't you?

I used a link that Octupus sent me but I don't know if the website works any more.

That’s what I tried first, maybe I’m doing it wrong. It said I couldn’t as there wasn’t an address linked to my account (there was but the first part was wrong) so I was a bit confused. I knew I should have stayed with the ‘Big Six’. Avro started off cheap but actually ended up pretty expensive even though we tend to wear jumpers etc and get into bed to watch TV if it’s chilly rather than put on the heating.

I managed eventually, but did have to have a few goes at it because I kept getting the same message.

No. Error message every time. Have given up & waiting for more information from Octopus.Made worse as had only recently switched & not had first bill from Avro by the time the went bust, so really hoping that doesn't complicate things.

I done mine about 10am yesterday, no problems at all. Used the link in the email from octopus.

I was able to using the link sent by Octopus last week.

@Agnes41 I've not had anything about the new amount. Just before Avro went bust our fixed deal ran out and the cheapest fixed deal from them meant our dd was to increase from £84 per month to £126 😮
