I've put on a lot of weight during this past year. Am an emotional eater, so everything from lockdowns/moving/relatives with covid meant I ate and ate (no excuse I know).
So yesterday I decided it was time to make changes, I am nearly as heavy as I was after giving birth, and am annoyed with myself because I had managed to get back to pre pregnancy weigh 😓
I did Chloe 2 week challenge over a year ago, and the results were amazing (albeit I weighed less). So I've started the challenge again (not the same as last time as she has a new 2 week shred).
Wondering if anyone else is on this journey?. My legs are sore (what was I expecting- can't go from couch potato to super fit over night 😂)
Also trying my absolute hardest to cut out mindless snacking (will then move on to calorie counting hopefully once I've controlled the snacking).
Looking forward to day 4, as it's rest day 😂
