What can I do to boost my immune system?!

I’m utterly fed up of being unwell!! I’m a teacher and I feel like I’m constantly ill. I had mumps before the summer holidays, several colds since and I’m now off work with a vomiting bug. I started at a new school in September and I don’t want to have any more time off! Usually I’d battle through and go in, but this bug has been horrendous.

What do you take or do to prevent getting ill all of the time? Can anyone recommend any vitamins I can start?

Vitamin D has a lot of clinical evidence behind it, as does zinc. I take both of those, vitamin C and a multivitamin

Thanks for starting this thread OP- I’ve had the same question on my mind recently. With 2 young DC and their associated sleep issues I feel like I am constantly under the weather and I think I must have sneezed almost every single day since 2018! I can’t really fix the sleep side of things at the moment so this list of supplements and other vitamins is great!

I do take Vitamin D and Iron (Spatone) and definitely notice a difference if I miss taking them for a few days.

Hope we all start feeling better soon!
