Anyone in Dover area? Petrol question

I'm in Somerset and the petrol situation is now OK fortunately. At the weekend I have to make a trip to Kent, the Dover area and I'm worried about news reports of problems in the south east but someone told me it's exaggerated. Can anyone tell me what petrol availability is like in Dover?

From what I can tell from local social media the BP by the port has had fuel most of the time. Tbh, if you get to the port, you might as well fill up in Calais. Apparently some people were doing day trips as there were no issues there.

Arrrrrgh, don't know why I thought you were going to France. Most people don't visit Dover specifically, they just pass through.

We've been finding that unleaded is possible to find, diesel is more tricky. You might have to go to a few petrol stations to find some though.

We're visiting a relative in a village near Dover but a trip to France sounds tempting actually! It's unleaded we need. Thanks again, I've just looked at the traffic in gmaps and there's no sign of traffic jams around petrol stations so feeling hopeful.
