Cervical polyp

Found a polyp during a routine smear in February. Had an appointment today to remove it. No bleeding at the time but now have a pinkish discharge. Is this normal? I’m 56 and post menopausal

Yes, totally normal.
I'm post menopause (62) and had a cervical polyp removed last year. Consultant told me I might have a little bleeding/discharge from the silver nitrate for a few days. I was also told to avoid baths for a similar amount of time.

I had one removed recently. No bleeding at the time, but some, a bit like a period within a couple of days. Cleared up on its own with no problems though.

Thank you both
