Black gums ?

Hello ! Bit worried here I am going for blood tests tomorrow for tiredness etc but have notice over the weekend I have what look like black patches on my gums and my tongue is going dark too! Has anyone ever experienced this , will mention to the nurse tomorrow but I'm a bit worried (haven't eaten/drank anything black etc) noticed it on Friday and still going on

No I don't use that mouth wash , I did look at addisons but it's rare so surely it would have been picked up by now ? No?

Sounds unusual OP. I think I would just ask the GP to take a look to be honest. Hypothesising is unlikely to be accurate, or helpful and without images and/or medical background nobody on here can really say.

Hopefully the nurse can guide you further when you see them and rule out anything too worrying
