We’ve just moved into a new house (new to us, the house is very, very old) and I’ve found mouse droppings in our utility room. In an ideal world I’d like not to hurt or kill any mice, just sort of encourage them to stay outside. Is there anything I can use to discourage them, that actually works? All food is in sealed containers already, nothing at all is accessible to them….I don’t think I can use those sonic things as I suspect they’d upset our already neurotic dog.
