Hi just wondering weather I’m alone with how I’m feeling towards my sons teachers how to go about or if it’s just uncalled for Or just me being a protective mom My son is 4 just started full time school (reception) my boys talking is very good at telling me how his day has been any how this morning my son has told me his teacher told him to clean his ears infront of his class friends and made him go into another room to do it he said it’s not very nice atall that’s what he says when he feels someone is being mean so he obviously felt a little bit uncomfortable about the situation I felt a little bit upset as I don’t remember cleaning his ears on that specific day but routinely that is part of our morning routnine brush teeth clean ears ears specially with my son as he does suffer with waxy ears but he showers usually of a night before bed or if my children are to tired they shower of a morning I hope they don’t feel I don’t wash my children when I do .. it’s made me feel so uncomfortable and embarrassed for me and him.. I feel like confronting the teacher when going to collect him this afternoon but don’t want to come across rude or get off as bad start with the new teacher any advice would be greatly appreciated it’s seem very little to some but to me it’s a big deal as I don’t want them to think I don’t look after my children correctly x

I wouldn’t say a thing.
His ears must’ve been pretty bad for her to mention it and have him go clean them. I loathe waxy ears.
Just ensure they’re clean from now on.
